Paternity shock for Zac and Hunter!

Home and away is revealing one of it's biggest shocks this year by revealing that Zac is not Hunter's father! It is thought that newcomer "Wally Burns" is Hunter's biological father. Hunter was introduced to the show in July 2015 one month after his mother Charlotte first arrived. A shock was delivered in the 2015 season finale when Charlotte was murdered by an unknown assailant, which was later revealed as Josh Barrett. Back in 2015, Charlotte informed Zac that he was Hunter's father but she was lying. The truth remains to be seen about how the storyline will play out but lets not forget that Scott Lee (Who plays Hunter) is bowing out of the show later this year, could his exit storyline see him leave Summer Bay with his biological father?

Home and away has been doing a storyline since February about who should get custody of Luc Ashford, following the tragic demise of Billie Ashford. Three people went for custody: VJ Patterson, who was Billie's husband, who Billie wanted to have custody of Luc. Billie's brother Ash and Irene Roberts. Can VJ save John from jail?

Monday night's episode will see John Palmer face court after starting the bushfire last December that led to the death of Billie Ashford. John was under the influence of a brain tumour and had no recollection of what he was doing, the tumour was successfully removed. Last month, we saw the return of Morag Bellingham, returning in the bay to defend John in court in the hope to spare him a jail sentence. He was previously urged to plead guilty and serve only two years or take the risk at the chance that he could be spared jail or go to jail for ten years! He decided to plead not guilty, much to the relief of his wife, Marilyn. However, the trial might not go as smoothly as they had hoped. The trial doesn't go that well at the start when Dr Bernice Chung takes the stand and protests that John fits the profile of a serial arsonist and is still a huge threat to the community.
